2) TIMELINE OF EVENTS: A professional wedding planner will make a DETAILED timeline for you and all of your vendors so on the day-of everyone is on the same schedule. The DJ will know exactly what song he is playing right after the garter toss, the florist will know when and where she will be able to set the centerpieces, the photographer will know at exactly what moment he needs to be in the center of the dance floor to catch the grand entrance and the first dance. This keeps everyone organized and makes everything run as smoothly as possible.

Don’t get me wrong, they are very helpful and very good at what they are there to do, but they are NOT there to help you with all of the details needed, such as setting out your favors and your guest book, making sure all of your other vendors show up on time with the right products that you paid them for, and many many other things. 7) MULTI-TASKING: A wedding planner is born to multi-task and is a master at it. On the day-of they are the main point of contact for EVERY SINGLE vendor and are being asked a million questions from EVERY SINGLE vendor.:)   They know how to handle this and since they have been with you every step of the way they can answer these questions knowing what you would specifically want and need.
